Ordering with Duvalay
When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge receipt. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Orders for bespoke or made-to-measure products begin production shortly after confirmation of a drawing or sizing so please ensure all details are correct before approving. We reserve the right to refuse an order in cases such as pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
Custom-Made Products
Once your custom order is confirmed, we will send a drawing for approval. While this will usually be based on your vehicle’s make and model, it is not always possible so, it is your responsibility to:
- Check all measurements carefully against your bed area
- Let us know if anything looks incorrect so that we can amend the drawing before production
For rectangular beds, a drawing will not be issued, but we still require size confirmation before proceeding.
Once you approve the final drawing, the item is non-refundable and cannot be changed after production begins.
If you believe your custom item has been made incorrectly (outside our 1.5cm manufacturing tolerance), please send images showing the discrepancy alongside the approved drawing to info@duvalay.co.uk and our team will investigate.
Pricing & Payment
All prices shown on our website are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Postage and packing prices may be charged in addition to the price of any goods and are stated individually on the website. Payment is required at the time of ordering, and we accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as Klarna. From time to time, we may offer bundle discounts or promotional pricing—these will be clearly stated and subject to specific terms.
Klarna Payments. Duvalay is not a lender and acts only as an introducer. Please spend responsibly. Borrowing beyond your means could seriously affect your financial status. Returns & Exchanges
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you discover a fault or damage to your item upon delivery, please notify us within 30 days by emailing info@duvalay.co.uk. When reporting the issue, please include:
- A clear description of the fault or damage
- Photographs showing the issue
- Your order number
We kindly ask that you do not use the item once a fault has been identified and keep it in the best possible condition, ideally in its original packaging.
If a return is approved, we will refund the full purchase price via your original payment method, including any standard delivery charges (if the entire order is returned).
Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Items
Changed your mind? No problem, simply let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items are at the customer’s cost and must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
- A copy of your proof of purchase must be enclosed
- Include the reason for return and your contact details
Once received back and inspected, we’ll issue your refund promptly.
Please note: We’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for bespoke or custom-made items, unless the product is faulty and a collection has been arranged.
Order Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided your item hasn’t entered production or been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.
For standard products, cancellations can usually be processed right away and a full refund issued. For bespoke or made-to-measure items, cancellations may not be possible once production has started. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies as made-to-order, please contact us for clarification before placing your order.
Guarantee & Warranty
All of our mattresses come with a three-year guarantee from the date of purchase, giving you added peace of mind. If you experience an issue during this time that you believe may be due to a manufacturing fault, simply get in touch with us and provide your proof of purchase. We’ll arrange for the mattress to be assessed by an independent inspection company, and if a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we’ll take care of things by repairing or replacing your mattress.
Our other sleep products are covered by a twelve-month guarantee from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. If something doesn’t seem right, just contact us with a few details and your proof of purchase. Once a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement.
Please note, our guarantees cover manufacturing defects only. They don’t include general wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, neglect, or issues caused by not following the care instructions. The guarantee is valid for the original purchaser and can’t be transferred.
To help you get the most out of your product, we recommend following the care instructions provided. Many of our toppers and bedding items also feature removable, washable covers, making them easy to keep fresh and clean.
Offers & Discounts
From time to time, we’ll offer discount codes on selected products. Discount codes will be available for limited time. They’re also subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. Discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with any other promotion or on sale prices and you can only use one discount code per order. If you’re returning part of an order that’s had a discount code applied, your refund will be for the full amount minus the discount applied.
Gift Cards
Each gift card has a set value and can be used to pay for all or part of an order on our website. If your purchase total is more than the value of your gift card, you can simply pay the difference using one of our accepted payment methods. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, so there’s plenty of time to find the perfect product.
Please note that:
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used through any third-party websites.
- If you return an item purchased with a gift card, we’ll refund the value back onto the original card, or issue a new one if needed.
- Lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards is unfortunately not our responsibility — please keep your card details safe.
- We may update our gift card terms from time to time, and any changes will be posted here on our website.
