Combining either 1000 or 2000 pocket springs with our advanced, cooling Freshtec foam, this hybrid design offers targeted support that contours to your body, promoting spinal alignment and easing pressure points. To clean the mattress directly, wipe down with a clean damp cloth, allowing the mattress to thoroughly dry afterwards. Avoid using any harsh detergents or chemical cleaners on your mattress.
As our mattresses are designed with multiple layers to maximise support and comfort, they do not need to be turned. However, you should rotate your mattress to maintain equal wear and tear on the memory foam layer. We recommend rotating your mattress once a week for the first month of use and then once a month thereafter. Rotating your mattress gives the memory foam layer time to recover before its next rotation.
Do you offer a service to take away old mattress?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer a mattress removal service. However, there are several easy ways to responsibly dispose of your old mattress:
- Local Council Collection: Many local authorities offer bulky waste collection services for a small fee. Check your council’s website for details and booking options.
- Household Waste Recycling Centre (Tip): Most recycling centres will accept mattresses, just make sure to check what your local site allows before heading there.
- Specialist Recycling Services: There are dedicated companies that collect and recycle old mattresses.

Mattress Delivery - FREE
Delivery times for mattresses vary depending on the type:
- Rolled mattresses (including D-Roll and EasySleep ranges): approx. 2 weeks
- All other mattresses: approx. 3–4 weeks
- Available to UK Mainland addresses only
- Excludes: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Ireland, and the Scottish Islands
