Each mattress is custom made to your exact size and shape, compatible with all motorhome layouts, including fixed island beds, French beds, and twin beds with an insert. Works with all major makes and models, including Chausson, Hymer, Niesmann+Bischoff, Swift, Bailey, Elddis, Rapido, and Bürstner.
Before production, we’ll send a confirmation drawing by email to ensure a perfect fit. If your vehicle isn’t on file, our team will confirm measurements with you.
As all mattresses are made to order, the D-Luxe Hybrid Slimline can also be adapted for boats, trucks, or lorry cabs, just contact our friendly sales team.

To clean the mattress directly, wipe down with a clean damp cloth, allowing the mattress to thoroughly dry afterwards. Avoid using any harsh detergents or chemical cleaners on your mattress.
As our mattresses are designed with multiple layers to maximise support and comfort, they do not need to be turned. However, you should rotate your mattress to maintain equal wear and tear on the memory foam layer. We recommend rotating your mattress once a week for the first month of use and then once a month thereafter. Rotating your mattress gives the memory foam layer time to recover before its next rotation.
What should I consider if my mattress has a hinge?
If your mattress needs a hinge, we can accommodate this, perfect for caravans with foldable bed frames. To ensure maximum comfort and support, we only hinge up to a maximum of 40cm from the headboard. This allows the mattress to fold where needed without compromising its overall feel or durability.
Is it suitable for all caravans?
This mattress is designed to offer the ultimate in luxury and comfort, which means it’s deeper and heavier than many standard caravan mattresses. While it fits most layouts, we recommend checking the available depth in your caravan, especially if you have wardrobes, doors, or cupboards that open over the bed area. Ensuring there’s enough clearance will help you get the best experience without any obstructions.
Can I get shaped bedding to fit my island D-Luxe Hybrid Mattress?

Do you offer a service to take away old mattress?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer a mattress removal service. However, there are several easy ways to responsibly dispose of your old mattress:
- Local Council Collection: Many local authorities offer bulky waste collection services for a small fee. Check your council’s website for details and booking options.
- Household Waste Recycling Centre (Tip): Most recycling centres will accept mattresses, just make sure to check what your local site allows before heading there.
- Specialist Recycling Services: There are dedicated companies that collect and recycle old mattresses.
What is the process when buying a custom mattress from Duvalay?
- We will ask for the make and model of your vehicle when you place your order
- You will then receive an email from us with a template attached of your bed. We hold a large file of CAD drawings for all different makes and models
- Check the dimensions on the drawing to ensure they match your bed
- Confirm if the drawing is correct or let us know if there are any amendments that need making and our CAD team can redraw this
- Once the drawing and measurements are confirmed your order with go into production.

Delivery times for mattresses vary depending on the type:
- Rolled mattresses (including D-Roll and EasySleep ranges): approx. 2 weeks
- All other mattresses: approx. 3–4 weeks
- Available to UK Mainland addresses only
- Excludes: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Ireland, and the Scottish Islands
