Introducing Duvalay’s new website

We’re so pleased and proud to welcome you to our new website.

Developing the site has certainly been a lengthy labour of love. Our main focus was to make the site even easier for our new and existing customers to navigate, while accommodating our ever-growing range of amazing products.

We wanted the website to reflect our enthusiasm for Duvalay as well as our love of caravanning and passion for a perfect night’s sleep. We hope you love the results as much as we do!

The gorgeous films and images were shot among the natural beauty of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It was such an amazing experience: we shot scenes in a stunning Volkswagen Campervan, as well as a brand new, top-of-the-range Swift caravan.

New footage on the website includes a wonderful endorsement from Chris Milburn, Design Director at Swift Group, the UK’s largest leisure vehicle manufacturer; and a lovely, genuine testament from a real-life family of Duvalay fans. Liz and Alan make us all smile discussing the dynamics of their relationship and the Colleran’s pet retriever Max even gets involved.

One of our favourite features of the new site is the ‘live chat’ function, which offers our ever-valued customers another channel through which to interact with Duvalay.

We’re always more than happy to answer your questions and learn from your feedback. We have a small, dedicated Sales and Customer Services team, who know Duvalay inside out, and have the highest regard for our customers’ requirements and preferences. Louise and Fiona have really got to know our customers over the years, and played a huge role in ensuring the user-friendliness of the new website.
