Why does it have a corner cut off?
Our VW Campervan Topper is designed to fit most VW campervans, including the T5, T6, and T7 models. The corner is intentionally cut off to accommodate the rear door panel, ensuring a better fit and a more comfortable night’s sleep.
Can they be used in the pop top?
Yes, it can be used in most pop tops, but please note that the corner cut-out is designed for the rear door area, not specifically for pop top beds—so you may notice a small gap, which is often easily covered with a pillow. As pop tops vary greatly in size and shape, we recommend our Custom Campervan Topper for the best fit, as it’s made to your exact measurements. If you plan to store the topper in your pop top, it’s essential to check that your roof has enough clearance to close properly. We strongly advise customers to measure their own space carefully to ensure both a perfect fit and suitable storage.
How do I store it?
The Campervan Topper can be rolled up and stored on your back seat or in your rear storage area when not in use. If storage space is limited, you might prefer using two of our Travel Toppers, which are easier to store separately. These come in 58cm (combined width 116cm) and 66cm (combined width 132cm), making them ideal for both 2- and 3-seater Rock and Roll beds.
